Faros Holter Monitor

Faros is a new advanced form of ambulatory cardiac monitoring. Because of its small size and high accuracy, it opens new capabilities in Holter monitoring.

The lightweight sensors work with the CardioSpy analysis software to perform in-depth analysis and a full set of reports. It is ideal for patients with arrhythmias
or who experience transient heart problems. Weighing only 17 grams (0.6 oz.), Faros is the smallest and lightest high precision Holter monitor available.

CardioSpy analysis assists in diagnosing patients with symptoms of palpitations, syncope, and chest pains. When used with the Faros sensor, CardioSpy displays
a high resolution ECG chart for diagnosing conditions including the following:

ECG Signal Filtering to Improve Signal Quality
Using an effective digital filtering technology, there is practically no baseline movement. The smoothing
filter removes muscle and network noise components from the signals without distorting QRS complexes.

Saving Time with Automatic Noise Detection
There is no need to view or analyze the record more than once to exclude noisy channels or noisy sections
from the analysis. The software automatically excludes the noisy sections, saving a significant amount of time.

Effective Template Analysis for High Precision in Results
It allows a quick and effective way to check and, if needed, to modify QRS types and form classifications.
This solution enables a Holter record to be evaluated in an average of 5-10 minutes.

Channel-selective QRS Detection to Reduce the Number of Lost Intervals
Due to channel-selective QRS detection, the number of lost intervals is reduced. In case of multichannel
recording, the QRS detector can select one or more ECG channels for beat detection.
